Top, Shoes, Bag: Forever 21 | Shorts: JCrew
I’m going to keep this short and sweet, because I have less and less time to write these posts. So for a while they may be more about the pictures than the words.
I bought a pair of boyfriend type shorts, and I like them with really baggy shirts when I’m going for comfort, but I think they also offset a girly look very well. I wore a tight, sheer turtleneck to keep warm, and show my curves. Then I added a pointy flat and a purple lip, for flair and for a bit of color. I think shorts and a long sleeve top is a nice way to change it up in the fall, when most people wear jeans and tank tops. You guys have to know by now that loafers are my favorite type of shoe, as I have three different pairs that I wear ALL THE TIME. I just think you can make them look feminine, or go for a menswear look, and their easy to dress up or down.
I’ve also basically given up wearing real bras at this point. I have an unlined bra and about 4 bralettes that I wear instead, because I like that they don’t make my chest look bigger than it is, and they are also about 10 times more comfortable.
I have about 800-1000 pages to read per week for school right now, and probably 15 or so pages per week to write, so I won’t have as much time to blog. But I do love to do it, so I’m going to keep it going, just probably not posting as much. I do have a book recommendation if any of you are looking for one, it’s a little odd and it’s nonfiction. It’s called Demon Camp and they’re making it into a movie. It has to do with PTSD and they guys who flew the chopper on a rescue mission to get Marcus Luttrell and his crew of Navy SEALS (inspo for the movie Lone Survivor), who were ultimately blown up. There was one man who got kicked off the chopper last minute and it’s about his life afterwards.
Anyways, that’s all for now. I did two shoots today, so I’ll probably post one towards the end of this week.
Thanks for reading!
